Impact Consulting Group also has the option available to your ministry for private consultation with your executive leadership. For 1-2hrs our team will sit with you and your leadership reviewing your church/organization systems, strategies, and calendar. We will then provide a documented deliverables outlining instructional directions for your church to increase its functionality and culture.

For one hour Dr. Aaron McNair will consult with you concerning church and organization systems, strategies, and growth. This will give you opportunity to ask questions and receive workable answers
Small Church, Big Heart
​
Impact Consulting Group also has the option available for Dr. McNair to do 90mins of in-person teaching and Q&A for your church at a reduced rate. Travel and Lodging will be covered by ICG. Small Churches are ministries who have 100 members or less. Small Church pastors will also have an opportunity to be apart of the mentorship program "CAPACITY" to receive monthly resources and professional development from Dr. McNair.
